When will my order be shipped?
We will send out an email to update you once the product(s) have been despatched. We are unable to control the delivery process once the product has been despatched as Australia Post, New Zealand Post and DHL take over at that stage.
While we aim to despatch products on the same day for orders placed before 9.00am AEST on Monday or Thursday, and on the next Monday or Thursday for all other orders, this may not always be possible during busy periods. We seek your patience and understanding, and apologise in advance for any delays.
Australia and New Zealand
Orders are generally delivered within 2-6 business days after having been despatched.
International (outside AUS & NZ)
Any orders outside of Australia or New Zealand are expected to be delivered within 5-15 business days.
Please note that the timeframe for delivery is only an estimate and we do not have any control over the delivery schedule once the product has been dispatched. This means that if the timing of delivery is important to you please order it well in advance.
Kester Black is NOT LIABLE with respect to any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury you or any third party suffers as a result of a change in delivery times or a delay in delivery. We reiterate that we are unable to control delivery times once a product has been despatched.
While we wish to provide an Express post option for our customers, we are currently unable to post our nail polishes via Express post as nail polishes are considered “dangerous goods”. “Dangerous goods” are restricted and cannot be sent via Express post. We seek your understanding in this matter.
Shipping within Australia
Shipping within Australia goes via eParcel (road only) at a flat rate of $6.00 including tracking. This price is standard for all orders, irrespective of size. Australia Post has an estimated delivery timeframe of 2+ days.
Kester Black offers free shipping for all Australian orders valued at $75.00 or more.
