When will my order be shipped?
We will send out an email to update you once the product(s) have been despatched. We are unable to control the delivery process once the product has been despatched as Australia Post, New Zealand Post and DHL take over at that stage.

While we aim to despatch products on the same day for orders placed before 9.00am AEST on Monday or Thursday, and on the next Monday or Thursday for all other orders, this may not always be possible during busy periods. We seek your patience and understanding, and apologise in advance for any delays.

Delivery Time

Australia and New Zealand
Orders are generally delivered within 2-6 business days after having been despatched.

International (outside AUS & NZ)
Any orders outside of Australia or New Zealand are expected to be delivered within 5-15 business days.

Please note that the timeframe for delivery is only an estimate and we do not have any control over the delivery schedule once the product has been dispatched. This means that if the timing of delivery is important to you please order it well in advance.

Kester Black is NOT LIABLE with respect to any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury you or any third party suffers as a result of a change in delivery times or a delay in delivery. We reiterate that we are unable to control delivery times once a product has been despatched.

While we wish to provide an Express post option for our customers, we are currently unable to post our nail polishes via Express post as nail polishes are considered “dangerous goods”. “Dangerous goods” are restricted and cannot be sent via Express post. We seek your understanding in this matter.

Shipping within Australia
Shipping within Australia goes via eParcel (road only) at a flat rate of $6.00 including tracking. This price is standard for all orders, irrespective of size. Australia Post has an estimated delivery timeframe of 2+ days.

Kester Black offers free shipping for all Australian orders valued at $75.00 or more.

Shipping Internationally (all countries outside AUS & NZ)
Kester Black are approved to ship Dangerous Goods according to Australian & International rules and regulations. All Kester Black orders will be shipped via DHL Express (premium express service) and include online tracking.

International orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes. Please ensure your delivery address is a street address.

Kester Black ships to worldwide destinations, with few limitations. Please note that if your location is not listed in the dropdown menu at the checkout, we are unfortunately unable to ship to your country of residence.

Free Shipping Offer
All orders placed in Australia and New Zealand over the value of AUD$75.00 will receive free shipping. International orders to Asia, North America and Europe over the value of AUD$120 will receive free shipping..

Wholesale Shipping
All wholesale orders placed online will be sent on Monday or Thursday via Australia or New Zealand Post. Wholesale orders incur a $14 shipping fee for each box posted. This will be calculated at the checkout. The 15% off your first order is for B2C customers only and is not eligible for use on wholesale orders.

Customer Information
Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. Kester Black cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of incorrect shipping details and parcels returned due to incorrect shipping information will incur extra shipping charges of $15 to re-post.

Shipping Fees
Unless the item is faulty or the incorrect item has been shipped, shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes the original shipping cost for your order; in the case of a return for a refund, the cost of any return shipping; and in the case of an exchange, the cost of shipping your new item(s) to you.

International Orders – Duties and Taxes
The buyer or receiver is solely responsible for all duties, fees, taxes or applicable charges relating to the package. Kester Black are not able to declare your order as a gift.

Returns and Exchanges
Please choose your purchase carefully as all sales are final. Due to hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges on any product will be accepted unless the items are faulty or the incorrect item has been shipped to you.

Faulty Products
We take great care to ensure that products are packed securely so they arrive at your door in perfect condition. As such, any faulty items will be replaced ore refunded. Faulty items must be reported within 2 business days following delivery. Please email us at hello@kesterblack.com to report a faulty item. If you choose a refund instead of a replacement for a faulty item, your money will be refunded to the relevant Credit Card or PayPal account within 3 business days.
