WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Kester Black shipping days are Monday and Thursday. Same day dispatch will be guaranteed for all orders placed before 9:00am AEST on Monday or Thursday. We do this in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint maintain the environmentally sustainable stance of our brand. All orders placed after 9:00am AEST Monday-Friday will be despatched on the next Monday or Thursday, as will any orders placed on a Public Holiday. All weekend orders will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

Shipping within Australia
Shipping within Australia goes via eParcel (road only) at a flat rate of $5.00 including tracking. This price is standard for all orders, irrespective of size. Australia Post has an estimated delivery timeframe of 2+ days.

Kester Black offers free shipping for all Australian orders valued at $45.00 or more.

Shipping to New Zealand
Shipping within New Zealand goes via New Zealand Post (road only) at a flat rate of $5.00 including tracking. This price is standard for all orders, irrespective of size. New Zealand Post has an estimated delivery timeframe of 2+ days.

Kester Black offers free shipping for all New Zealand orders valued at $45.00 or more.

Shipping Internationally (all countries outside AUS & NZ)
Kester Black are approved to ship Dangerous Goods according to Australian & International rules and regulations. All Kester Black orders will be shipped via DHL Express (premium express service) and include online tracking.

International orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes. Please ensure your delivery address is a street address.

Kester Black ships to worldwide destinations, with few limitations. Please note that if your location is not listed, we are unfortunately unable to ship to your country of residence.

FREE SHIPPING OFFER
All orders placed in Australia and New Zealand over the value of $45.00 will receive free shipping. International orders will not be eligible for free shipping.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please take care to enter the correct shipping address. If you enter an incorrect address and your parcel is returned to us, there will be a nominal fee of $15 to cover the return to sender fee as well as third shipping fee to resend your parcel.

SHIPPING FEES
Unless the item is faulty or the incorrect item has been shipped, shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes the original shipping cost for your order; in the case of a return

for a refund, the cost of any return shipping; and in the case of an exchange, the cost of shipping your new item(s) to you.

The cost of shipping for exchanges (plus or minus the difference in the product prices) will be deducted or credited from your credit card or requested from your PayPal account.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – DUTIES AND TAXES
The buyer or receiver is solely responsible for all duties, fees, taxes or applicable charges relating to the package. Kester Black are not able to declare your order as a gift.

DELIVERY TIME
Australia and New Zealand
Orders are generally delivered within 2-6 business days after having been despatched.

International (outside AUS & NZ)
Any orders outside of Australia or New Zealand are expected to be delivered within 5-15 business days.

From time to time, Kester Black may not be able to achieve the delivery time frames set out above.

Kester Black is not liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury you or any third party suffers as a result of a change in delivery times or a delay in delivery.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. Kester Black cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of incorrect shipping details and parcels returned due to incorrect shipping information will incur extra shipping charges to re-post.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please choose your purchase carefully as all sales are final. Due to hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges on any product will be accepted unless the items are faulty or the incorrect item has been shipped to you.

FAULTY PRODUCTS
We take great care to ensure that products are packed securely so they arrive at your door in perfect condition. As such, any faulty items will be replaced ore refunded. Faulty items must be reported within 2 business days following delivery. Please email us at sales@kesterblack.com to report a faulty item. If you choose a refund instead of a replacement for a faulty item, your money will be refunded to the relevant Credit Card or PayPal account within 3 business days.
